Tell us the email address on your account and, for a report, roughly when you ordered it. Please do not send us your chat or its media: we do not need them to help you.

Make a privacy request

To see, correct, download or delete the personal data we hold about you, or to object to how we use it, email us with the subject "Privacy request". You do not need an account: if you think a chat that mentions you was uploaded, you can ask too. We respond within one month, as UK data protection law requires. Email a privacy request

You can delete a chat and all of its reports yourself, at any time, from your dashboard. To close your account, email us and we delete your account and its data within one month, except payment records and receipts we must keep for tax and accounting purposes (normally six years). Report a security problem

If you think you have found a security problem, email support@chat-forensics.com with "Security report" in the subject, and please give us a reasonable chance to fix it before telling anyone else. Report a security problem
